Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, we offer a “No questions asked” returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason within 14 days of order delivery.

We will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding the delivery charges) to your original tender type.

Returns & Refunds Terms & Conditions

  1. Returns are available within 14 days of order delivery.
  2. Please note that we can only accept returns for items which are unaltered, unused and in full saleable condition.
  3. Please note that we can only accept returns for items which are in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
  4. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a credit voucher to be used for 1 year.
  5. Items purchased through store vouchers, Tabby, Tamara, or Cash on Delivery will only be refunded as credit vouchers.
  6. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Please note some banks may take longer than 5 working days to process refund payment. If you have not received your refund and it has been 15 working days since receiving confirmation that your return is processed, please contact our team, by emailing info@easeofwear.com or via call / WhatsApp on +971545001430

We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse Orders from customers with excessive returns levels. However, nothing in this Returns section is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under applicable laws and regulations.


Returns Process

Items can be returned using one of the following methods:

  1. Contacting us by Calling/Whatsapp +971545001430 to arrange collection of the item from your delivery address. A collection fee equivalent to the original delivery charge will apply unless items in the Order were defective or incorrectly fulfilled. Please allow 2 – 3 days for collection of your items.
  2. Returning the item via your account page

Damaged Goods/Incorrectly Fulfilled Orders

If an item in your Order is received damaged or is not what you ordered, then please arrange for return of the item to us using the Returns Process. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including delivery charges, taxes and any duties.

Exchanges

We unfortunately currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your products and make a new order.

International Returns

We can only offer store credit for any items returned internationally upon receipt. For international returns we can accept a return request up to 14 days after the delivered date, you will need to return the goods back to us with your own courier. To ship an item back to EOW please:

Email info@easeofwear.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return. Once our team have confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box. On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note ""Return shipment to UAE”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
